2. Quotes and Pricing All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may vary depending on material costs, site conditions, or changes in project scope. Any adjustments will be communicated clearly before work begins.

3. Deposits and Payments A deposit may be required to confirm your booking and secure materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

5. Project Timeline We aim to complete all work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure clear access to the worksite and disclose any relevant structural or safety concerns prior to commencement. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed issues.

7. Liability and Insurance We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your property during the project. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by third-party contractors. Any accidental damage will be assessed and resolved fairly.

8. Refunds and Disputes If you’re not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We’ll assess the concern and offer a fair resolution, which may include a touch-up, partial refund, or alternative solution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including images, branding, and written material—is the property of Power Build Construction Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
